About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our domestic sales efforts, focusing on the government sector.

This position involves identifying opportunities, building relationships with government agencies, and driving sales from prospecting to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies.
  • Understand and navigate government procurement processes.
  • Identify potential government clients and assess their needs.
  • Develop strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions to government clients.
  • Customize presentations to address specific client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from proposal to final agreement.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any post-sale issues.
  • Look for opportunities to upsell additional services.
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of sales experience, preferably with government clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
