Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

About the Job:

As a Territory Sales Manager at Mahindra Rise, you will be responsible for managing a set of dealerships to achieve business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, and spares part sales.

Responsibilities:

- Manage dealerships to achieve business parameters
- Ensure viable distribution network by appointing dealers and sub-dealers
- Ensure availability of trained manpower at dealerships
- Facilitate coaching of dealers and their staff for implementation of various systems
- Ensure availability of appropriate service infrastructure and drive implementation of service systems for improving customer satisfaction
- Execute events like sales promotion campaigns and product launches

Requirements:

- Engineering graduate with 4 to 7 years of experience or Diploma holder with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience
