Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable strategy in the respective region. As a key member of our Marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of our market strategy in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve aggressive sales targets by building trust and confidence with customers and influencers, including architects, interior designers, builders, and PMC. Generate suitable enquiries/leads by meeting with architects and conducting site visits in the assigned territory.
Pitch our company profile to architects and interior designers, and meet with them to get their support and business for A-Class Marble brand. Conduct cold-calling and fix meetings to provision towards high-end categories of architects and interior designers. Fulfill client-based requirements based on specific project needs for our Division in a timely manner.
Conduct on-site visits with architects, clients, and interior designers for a tour of our processing unit and experience center at Kishangarh or the Stockyard at Delhi. Identify and portray new business opportunities, along with managing and retaining relationships with existing clients. Analytically monitor and closely follow up on existing key accounts in pursuit of additional business.
Requirements
Qualification: Graduate/MBA with 0-2 years of experience. Experience in Sales & Business Development with 1 year in a similar product/industry. Proven record of successful sales growth. Team player with excellent leadership skills, great interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive, self-starter attitude with good presentation skills and an influencing personality.
