Job Summary:

Mahindra Rise is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to manage a set of dealerships and achieve business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, and spares part sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to ensure a viable distribution network by appointing dealers and sub-dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a set of dealerships to achieve business parameters.
  • Ensure a viable distribution network by appointing dealers and sub-dealers.
  • Ensure availability of trained manpower at dealerships.
  • Facilitate and coach dealers and their staff on various systems.
  • Ensure availability of appropriate service infrastructure.
  • Execute events like local level sales promotion campaigns and product launches.
  • Train dealer salesmen on pre-sales and sales processes.
  • Track competitor activities and capture feedback.
  • Design and implement specific incentive schemes for dealers.
  • Liaison with financial institutions for retail financing of products.

Requirements:

  • Engineering graduate with 4-7 years of experience or Diploma holder with 7-9 years of relevant experience.
  • Industry preferred qualifications.
