Role Summary
Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a defined sales territory, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective channel partner management and distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a network of channel partners to achieve sales targets and expand distribution reach.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to ensure they have the necessary infrastructure, investment, and involvement to deliver reliable and effective services.
- Visit markets and distributors to strengthen market execution, trade relationships, and drive extraction from covered sites and towns.
- Drive sales growth through effective distributor management, market execution, and trade relationships.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Telco or FMCG, with a strong background in sales and distribution management.
- Effective distributor management and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to motivate teams, build capabilities, and drive sales growth.
- Self-driven with minimal guidance required.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Graduate, MBA preferred.
- English and local market language proficiency.
- Ability to interpret and construct performance reports.
