Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the Northeast and Bihar regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in these areas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
  2. Analyze client needs and develop customized plans to address them, focusing on delivering high-quality products and services.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in book publishers and schools.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and book publisher management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, and gratuity. The role requires working day shifts with fixed schedules and offers supplemental pay types, including performance bonuses.
