Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented sales professional to drive business growth in the North-East territory, with a focus on maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities through effective communication and collaboration with technical sales teams.
  • Establish strong relationships with key accounts to build trust and loyalty.
  • Deliver high-quality sales performance, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate degree in BioScience, MBA, or Management, preferably with relevant industry experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success in academic, healthcare, and biopharma sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and process management, as well as reliable forecasting and modeling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial skills, with a scientific approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong consultative approach to client relationships.
