About the Role

We're seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS consultative sales. As the first point of contact with prospects, you'll excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing our products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
  • Generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for the next steps.
  • Identifying best practices to refine our lead generation playbook.

You should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma.
  • Proven work experience (2 years) as a SaaS Sales Development Representative, Account Development Rep, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
  • Qualifying leads and prospects.
  • A track record of achieving given quotas.
  • Experience in working with a CRM.
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Salary and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as employee health insurance, empowerment to innovate, recognition incentives, and continuous learning & development opportunities.
