Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will drive sales growth and achieve targets in the assigned region.

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships with B2B clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealers, and distributors.
  4. Provide product knowledge and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales techniques and marketing initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales forecasting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and business development.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles and the automotive market is a plus.
