We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospects, you will be responsible for researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You will leverage your strong communication skills to showcase our offerings and build trust with potential customers. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships, and managing a pipeline of interested prospects. You will also contribute to refining our lead generation playbook by identifying best practices.


{" RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare a list of senior HR managers (prospects)
  • Research on the prospects for personalization
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Crafting personalized messages (follow-ups)
  • Social touches (mostly LinkedIn)
  • Call blocks to prospects (optional)
  • Reporting and statistics
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn and emails
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account executives for the next steps
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives
  • Report to the Sales Manager

{" EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Key qualifications include:



  • At least a bachelor's degree or Diploma
  • Proven work experience (2 years) as a SaaS Sales Development Representative, Account Development Rep, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emailing, and social outreach
  • Qualifying leads and prospects
  • Track record of achieving the given quotas
  • Experience in working with a CRM
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
