About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Vantage Circle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with clients, and ensuring a smooth sales process across the APAC/EMEA/US region.



Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Create a clientele base throughout the APAC/EMEA/US region.
  • Understand client needs and requirements.
  • Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information.
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
  • Maintain a strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
  • Research and identify key players, generating interest.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales quotas.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Proven Inside Sales or Sales experience of 0-2 years.
  • Willingness to work in any allocated shift.
  • Work experience in the EMEA/US region is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing, and converting potential leads to appointments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software such as Salesforce.com or any other.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication along with cold calling skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • MBA is mandatory.
