**Job Role and Responsibilities**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Growth Lead to join our team at Tekpillar. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for the recruitment and development of quality advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop quality advisers to meet business objectives.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduated in any field.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in the BFSI sector is required for higher positions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
