Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduated in any field.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in the BFSI sector is required for higher positions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
