Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Oil Bazaar Sales Representative.
About the RoleThis is a critical position that requires strong market relationships, data analysis skills, and effective communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the oil bazaar space, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to build strong market relationships with primary and secondary-level distributors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales pitches and drive business results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Zonal Parts Managers and Product Leads, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales targets, distributor performance, and market feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing).
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the oil or lubricant industry, preferably with a background in sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Competitive salary: ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum.
