About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic market analysis, sales planning, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth, ensuring our hotel remains competitive in the industry.
Sales and Revenue GenerationDevelop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure exceptional customer service standards are maintained to foster guest loyalty and positive reviews, actively engaging with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Networking and RepresentationRepresent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and establish professional relationships, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Reporting and AnalysisTrack and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies, preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning and exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
