About This Opportunity:

Fundraising professionals with a passion for driving transformative change are invited to join our organization as Fundraising Directors. As key members of our team, you will be responsible for leading our fundraising efforts across various segments and delivering predictable, diversified funding and lifetime donor value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive 3-year fundraising strategy with targets by segment (HNIs/Family Offices, Corporate/CSR, Foundations, Digital) and by program (Ignite, Impact, Inspire).
  • Own the full donor lifecycle: research, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, renewal/upgrades.
  • Design multi-year giving vehicles (anchor gifts, challenge funds, catalytic grants, cause marketing, events, peer-to-peer).
  • Create a balanced pipeline with early/mid/late-stage prospects.

Your Success Metrics:

  • Board-approved 3-year strategy and year-1 operating plan with segment-wise targets.
  • A live CRM with qualified prospects.
  • Significant fundraising commitments, including anchor gifts or equivalent multi-year grants.
  • Strategic partnerships with HNIs, CSR, foundations, and public ecosystems.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field; fundraising certifications a plus.
  • 8–10+ years of direct fundraising experience with a proven major-gifts and institutional track record.
  • Strong grasp of donor management, digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign/event orchestration.
  • Regulatory fluency and governance sensibility.
  • Excellent written/oral communication; G-Suite & CRM proficiency.
