Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

As a Territory Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our premixes to bakeries and other outlets. Your primary objective will be to identify customers, demonstrate our products, and explain their consistency and convenience.



Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for your area, including value/volume objectives, distribution targets, and adherence to sales policies and strategies.

• Call on nominated customers, visiting them with a frequency and duration that aligns with your work state and cost-effective journey plan.

• Prepare a monthly plan for specified customers to achieve volume targets by product group, extend B&FS product distribution and usage in all potential customers, and increase volume sales.

• Ensure that all receivables are in accordance with our company's credit policy.

• Utilize available computer systems to gain an accurate understanding of major territory outlets by product group and their importance to territory target achievement. Organize and maintain an effective admin system, including customer record cards, daily call reports, expenses, work plans, and meeting required deadlines for completion.

• Develop knowledge of all facets of the B&FS market, including new selling/application techniques, consumer needs, and customer business issues. Implement demonstrations/exhibitions to further capitalize on opportunities for the B&FS business.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Graduate, preferably with a Hotel Management background.

• Experience: 1-2 years in sales, preferably B2B/concept selling or in the Hospitality industry. Exposure to distributor handling is a plus.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with the Food/Catering/Baking industry, the territory to be covered, and local languages.
