Senior Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business targets and achieve top-line and bottom-line goals for the Homestore Interiors Business by closely monitoring and driving key business metrics, such as PnL, Conversions, Orders, and Margins.
- Conduct extensive market research to analyze market potential, track competitor activities, and provide valuable insights to fine-tune sales, marketing, and expansion strategies.
- Track sales funnel and take end-to-end ownership of sales targets for the function.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and achieve them.
- Utilize high-level work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 100X growth in the next few years.
- Represent Nobroker Interiors, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
