Demand Generation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Specialist to join our team at Calix. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end campaign design, implementation, and optimization.
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will work closely with product marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to create campaigns that meet and exceed business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and analyze campaign data, perform quality control, and develop project timelines/roadmaps.
You will also collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and other key contributing team members to deliver against team and company goals. Additionally, you will own tracking of key measurement through the use of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Task Ray.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, experience in demand generation and campaign planning for telecom and B2B solutions, and strong project management skills. You will also need to have a fair understanding of marketing and analytic tools, especially the Salesforce suite.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The location is CIDC, Bengaluru, with a hybrid model (2-3 days in office). This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.
