About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director of Demand Generation to drive revenue growth for our B2B SaaS HR platform. This key position focuses on developing and executing demand generation campaigns, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted demand generation campaigns via email, webinars, and digital ads to generate high-quality leads.
  • Sales Partnership: Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize leads and ensure smooth handoff for closing.
  • Content Creation: Manage the execution of campaigns, including content creation and outreach strategies.
  • Lead Qualification: Track and optimize lead flow to ensure effective qualification and handoff to sales.
  • Analytics and Insights: Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, reaching out, and engaging with senior stakeholders at CXO-level positions.
  • Sales Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
  • Digital Channels: Experience with digital channels (email, paid media) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven with strong analytical skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
