We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our demand generation efforts.

Job Overview

Quest Global is a leading provider of product engineering services, and we are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive demand for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and target potential customers in the product engineering space.
  • To develop and implement effective demand generation campaigns, including cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn social media, events, seminars, referrals, and web leads.
  • To build relationships with decision-makers at target companies and influence them to work with Quest Global.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure alignment and effectiveness in reaching out to decision-makers.
  • To articulate and map Quest Global's value proposition to prospect pain points.
  • To hand-off qualified leads to the sales team, ensuring meeting targets for the campaign.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in a similar role in the product engineering service space.
  • Strong knowledge of Quest Global's products and services.
  • MEDTech & HC vertical expertise.
  • Demand generation and sales process experience on Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in relevant engineering disciplines or MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
