Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist with 4+ years of experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be key in developing and executing strategic initiatives that generate leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute the planned demand generation strategy.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns across various platforms (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising).
  • Craft compelling email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Qualify leads and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Outplay, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
