Lead Conversion Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Conversion Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team at ANSR Global Corporation in the US Market.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or a related field and a proven track record of success in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the marketing team to execute strategic initiatives that generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Craft compelling email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across various platforms (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth handoff.
- Foster strong relationships with prospects and convert them into leads.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Outplay, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Experience with market research methodologies.
About the Role:
