Demand Generation Specialist

Talent500 is seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales growth.
  • Craft compelling email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across various platforms (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising).
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the marketing team to execute the planned demand generation strategy.
  2. Use new age tools to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and develop reach out plans accordingly.
  3. Manage website chats, especially during peak hours.
  4. Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth handoff.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Outplay, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with market research methodologies.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Talent500 offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
