Lead Generation Strategist

Talent500 is seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales growth.
- Craft compelling email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across various platforms (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the marketing team to execute the planned demand generation strategy.
- Use new age tools to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and develop reach out plans accordingly.
- Manage website chats, especially during peak hours.
- Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth handoff.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Outplay, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Experience with market research methodologies.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Talent500 offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
