This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Demand Specialist to join Ennovi's team. As a Global Demand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand management processes that align with our business objectives. Your expertise will help us improve forecast accuracy, reduce costs, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' demand patterns and trends.
  • Analyze and validate customer forecasts to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Work with the IT team to design and implement solutions that enable seamless data capture and analysis.
  • Create insightful dashboards and reports to support demand management decision-making.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure demand quality and team performance.
  • Collaborate with regional champions to drive a monthly demand management process, sharing insights, highlighting issues, and closing open items.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress on demand management initiatives.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field. A master's degree in business administration is advantageous. At least five years of experience as a Demand specialist in a similar industry. Fluency in English is a must. Preferred location: India.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
