Job SummaryWe're looking for a skilled Demand Generation expert to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive high-quality leads and revenue growth for our B2B SaaS HR platform. You'll work closely with our sales team to craft strategies that turn prospects into long-term customers, supporting revenue growth.
This role involves lead generation, sales collaboration, campaign management, pipeline management, reporting & analysis, and stakeholder engagement. If you have a strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and digital channels (LinkedIn, email, paid media), we'd love to hear from you.
A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or sales development. They'll also have a proven track record of prospecting and engaging with senior stakeholders at CXO-level positions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, webinars, and digital ads to generate sales-ready leads.
- Partner with sales teams to prioritize leads and ensure smooth handoff for closing.
- Manage the execution of campaigns, including content creation and outreach strategies.
- Track and optimize lead flow and ensure effective qualification and handoff to sales.
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Reach out and engage with senior stakeholders at CXO positions at client organizations to drive strategic relationships and business development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

- Proven experience in prospecting, reaching out, and engaging with senior stakeholders at CXO-level positions.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
