Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Associate to join our sales leadership team as a Southeast Asia Territory Sales Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our sales efforts in one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving new business growth.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the Southeast Asia region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and processes
- Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

Requirements
- 4+ years of direct territory experience selling Fintech, B2B, CRM, or enterprise software in the Southeast Asia region
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and value propositions
- Proven track record of achievement against quota, with a focus on building sustainable relationships and driving long-term growth
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft, Siebel, and Salesforce CRM systems, with expertise in territory planning, account planning, opportunity management, prospecting, and demand creation
- Extensive experience in the BFSI industry, with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of financial institutions
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, with flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
