Sales Director Cement Sector Lead

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the cement sector
- Manage key accounts and oversee sales operations
- Lead a high-performing sales team
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in managing industrial accounts in the cement sector
- Strong account management, sales operations, and revenue management skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Experience in leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Technical background or experience in selling B2B SaaS products
- Experience in managing international clients (APJ territory) is a plus
- Must have proven experience in selling to cement industry manufacturers
