Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our business growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for your territory, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and service partners, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer sentiment.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and project progress.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the interior design or home renovation industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools.
