Education Territory Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Education Account Manager to join our team at Adobe. As an Education Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with Education Ministry and Educational Institutions in the North region.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a strategy to acquire new Education Ministry and Educational Institution accounts in the defined territory.
- Develop and maintain a top-line understanding of the Education market, trends, projects, and competition.
- Prospect, develop, and acquire new accounts, and champion and expand in existing accounts.
- Build, maintain, and convert pipelines, and grow business through meticulous business management execution.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with top-decision-makers at C-levels and functional levels.
- Coordinate multi-functional teams to sign multi-year enterprise agreements and strategic agreements.
- Meet core lead indicators around pipeline coverage progression, forecast, meetings, and general activity.
- Develop and use Partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth.
- Meet or exceed quota, and focus on customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships.
Requirements
- 12+ years of field technology sales experience in the Education Ministry and Education Institutions sector.
- Degree or Postgraduate in Sales/Marketing/Business/Computer Science or similar.
- High yielding mentality and consistency in over achievement.
- Consistent track record of engaging in value-based customer-centric conversations and leading a defined enterprise sales process.
- Consistent record of Adobe/subscriptions-based technology sales in Education Ministry, Education Institutions (Private & Public).
- Must have confidence developing relationships and experience with Senior executives, Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Education/Skill Development Secretary, Commissioners, management of Education Institutions & Education Ministry.
- Must have consistent track record of positive relationships, joint customer engagements, business success with Education Specialised Partners in India & South Asia.
- Exhibit ability to effectively lead sophisticated sales tasks, projects, and completing priorities.
- Excellent in business assessment, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills are required.
- Excellence in business ethics and integrity.
- Great teaming and comfortable working with a geographically distributed team.
