  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions to help shape product roadmaps and feature development.
  • Provide product training and onboarding.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client complaints.
  • Document and track client issues using CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior teams or management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and product).


RequirementsQualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles (support sales or account management).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
