- Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions to help shape product roadmaps and feature development.
- Provide product training and onboarding.
- Ensure timely resolution of client complaints.
- Document and track client issues using CRM/ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams or management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and product).
RequirementsQualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles (support sales or account management).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
