About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure long-term success.
  2. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, working closely with technical support teams to deliver prompt and effective solutions.
  3. Training and Education: Provide comprehensive training and resources to clients, empowering them to maximize product utilization and satisfaction.
  4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and report on critical metrics, including client satisfaction scores, retention rates, and product adoption levels.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that meet specific client needs.

Requirements:

  1. Education: A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in client success or customer support, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  3. International Experience: Proven experience working with international voice processes and English-speaking countries.
  4. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build rapport and trust, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), PowerBi, SQL, etc.
