Client Operations Specialist

SS&C Technologies Holdings is seeking a dedicated Client Operations Specialist to join our Customer Success team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data room solutions for clients.
About the Team
The Customer Success team is a global organization that focuses on creating long-term value for our clients and ensuring their success with our technology. As a Client Operations Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective support.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete projects on the Customer Success team.
- Develop a deep understanding of our solutions and their role in helping clients achieve their business goals.
- Complete client requests for assistance in a timely manner and with high quality.
- Confirm client requirements and manage customer expectations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 2-7 years of experience in data-related operations, SaaS system management, or customer support.
- 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Industry certifications a plus.
