Senior Front to Back Client Service Operations Specialist

About the Role:
As a Senior Front to Back Client Service Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Front Office Data Control (FODC) process, performing daily checks on file deliverables to clients, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring daily resolution of identified queries. You will also be responsible for completing system testing for Change Control enhancements, ensuring all activities are compliant with corporate standards, and maintaining clear and effective communications with immediate colleagues and Management. Additionally, you will be responsible for adhering to internal procedures and best practices at all times, taking ownership of issues to resolution, engaging teams as needed to gain consensus, and maintaining Open Actions / Issues logs which aid in tracking issues and providing a document to reference within checkpoint meetings with manager. You will also be responsible for tracking key project milestones to help ensure that each functional area within the team is built and ready ahead of a conversion, developing and maintaining relationships with Architect Lead to help aid successful delivery of each milestone, and providing assistance to manager and team members to close out issues where applicable. Furthermore, you will be responsible for thinking globally by encouraging the regional FODC teams to work together to discuss strategic initiatives and close out issues, assisting in gathering/preparing project information by attending and facilitating client and internal meetings, assisting in the analysis of current/proposed processes and recommending solutions and improved processes, supporting the preparation of Operating Models, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators for FODC, displaying a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role, ensuring that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behavior, and providing appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making. You will also be responsible for supporting the 'Risk Excellence' culture within the business.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills, team and project management experience, good client service skills, PC literate with skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, education and preferred qualifications including a Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business related degree, min 3 years of experience in a Fund Accounting/Middle Office or similar areas, customer service experience considered as a plus, obtained or studying towards obtaining a professional accountancy qualification would be advantageous, and very good working knowledge of Excel. You will also need to have excellent English skills and be self-motivated, adaptable, and show initiative in different circumstances and under pressure. Additionally, you will need to be flexible in working outside of your responsibilities and areas of expertise, and have a good time management, organizational, and team working skills. You will also need to have strong communication skills to audiences of different levels of seniority and be able to maintain Open Actions / Issues logs which aid in tracking issues and providing a document to reference within checkpoint meetings with manager.
