About the Role
The Client Assist Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and completing projects on the Customer Success team, working closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for data room managers and contract signers, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete projects on the Customer Success team
- Develop a deep understanding of IL markets and the role IL solutions play in helping our clients achieve their business goals
- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests
Requirements
- 2-7 years of experience in data-related operations, SaaS system management, or customer support
- 2-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Industry certificates a plus
