Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST FOR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS to join our dynamic team at FRUGE IT SERVICES. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our international clientele. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad, India.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in international customer support or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and good organizational skills
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification
