We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team at Nexgenhiringexperts in Hyderabad, India.
**Job Overview:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and instant messaging. They will handle customer inquiries, resolve basic support issues, and escalate complex problems to product specialists.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide top-notch customer support by addressing client concerns, resolving technical issues, and escalating as necessary.
- Process high volumes of customer inquiries related to FIS products and services, aiming for timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identify root causes, and utilize available tools and resources for effective issue resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through empathetic communication and follow-up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring proper notation of issues and adherence to quality standards.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of international voice experience.
- Excellent command of the English language.
