As a Transportation Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of employees. Your responsibilities will include supervising and guiding the employee transportation operations, setting up routes and alternates based on heat maps of drop locations, and organizing operations and collateral documentation in an efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the employee transportation operations
  • Set up routes and alternates based on heat maps of drop locations
  • Organize operations and collateral documentation in an efficient manner
  • Monitor and guide the cab helpdesk team in terms of work allocation, fleet allocations, safety and quality checklists, functional training, R&R, task planning and completion
  • Cab provisioning as per load, rostering, safety and quality checks, and timely service operations
  • Create algorithms for calculation of load, creation of safety and quality checklists, and running safety readiness check simulations
  • Conduct drivers' briefing and training and ensure their efficient management, on-site, and on-duty conduct and service delivery

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in employee transportation operations
  • Experience with direct handling of employee transportation operations and allied activities, preferably in an IT firm in Hyderabad area
  • Thorough knowledge of all relevant legal, statutory, safety, and quality requirements for safe and efficient cab operations
  • Certifications in fire and safety, physical security, first aid, employee transportation and operations management, legal requirements related to transportation
  • Operations, trainings on cab scheduling tools like MoveInSync/Safe Trax
