As a Client Onboarding & Configuration Specialist in Asset & Wealth Management Operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with PWM business teams, Compliance, Legal, and other Operations groups to ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience.
- Ensure timely receipt, review, and approval of client documentation in line with AML and Know Your Client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure downstream systems accurately recognize approved clients, products, and services.
- Support SALES, CRM, and regional teams by providing accurate and timely information and overseeing all aspects of support for each pooled vehicle.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of work experience in Operations, preferably in Client Onboarding, CIP, and KYC processes.
- Proven analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure, manage high volumes, and collaborate with a global team while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
