Customer Success Manager

At Cleartax, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high-value clients have a positive experience with our product.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the GST domain and our product offerings. You will work closely with senior executives at client companies to understand their challenges and provide effective support and guidance.
Your responsibilities will include managing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing usage. You will also proactively connect with clients to gauge their readiness and provide support on first-time usage. Additionally, you will solve problems for clients related to GST/e-invoicing/Integration/Max ITC and other products.
You will drive product adoption and ensure an exceptional user experience. You will review Clear's performance with delivery leadership and sales teams and develop Quarterly Business plans to enable cross-selling and value delivery to clients.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a qualified CA and 3-4 years of experience working in the GST domain. You should have great communication and presentation skills, as well as problem-solving and change management abilities. You must also be able to collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep our customers satisfied.
Candidates with experience filing through Clear Portal, government portal, or deep domain knowledge of Compliance processes (GST, TDS) and Accounts Payable will be preferred. Strong program management skills and ability to connect with CXO/CXO-1 levels will be advantageous.
