Job Description
Cynosure Corporate Solutions is seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing sales support, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial to post-sales support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Management: The Customer Success Specialist will play a crucial role in lead management, after-sales support, client documentation, and accounts receivable.
- Sales Support: This individual will be responsible for supporting sales teams and marketing processes to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain an ongoing understanding of the client's business environment, competitors, and industry trends to offer proactive solutions.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with internal teams, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Product Feedback: Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions to help shape product roadmaps and feature development.
- Product Training: Offer product training and onboarding to clients.
- Issue Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of client complaints.
- Documentation: Document and track client issues using CRM/ticketing systems.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior teams or management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and product).
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles (support sales or account management).
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Technical aptitude (familiarity with industry-specific software/hardware).
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients.
- Upsell/Cross-sell Opportunities: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Regular Check-ins: Conduct regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys.
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
