We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad.

Job Description

As a key member of our organization, the Customer Success manager plays a vital role in working closely with clients and founders of various businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a product advisor to our clients, helping them achieve their business goals and success metrics.
  • Managing client relationships and expectations by being goal-oriented and data-driven in tracking usage performance and driving metrics like CAC, CSAT, NPS, Adoption, and Usage for clients.
  • Analyzing customer data to improve the end-user experience, collecting product feedback, and conveying ideas for improvement to our technical teams.
  • Gathering product feedback/features that can help define the product roadmap, educating clients about the working of the BusinessOnBots Dashboard reporting structure and other relevant features.
  • Driving product adoption with an ability to cross-sell/up-sell.
What Makes You a Good Fit?

We're looking for candidates with 2 years of experience in Customer Success in SaaS, possessing good product thinking skills. The ideal candidate should also have exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with excellent listening skills, strong negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products. Analytical and data-driven individuals who can work with multiple stakeholders are preferred.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
