We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in field sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
