At KBros Aristo Pvt Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to oversee our regional sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in B2B sales within the interior and furniture industries, with expertise in both channel and project sales.



Responsibilities:


  • Organize sales visits and meetings with architects to identify new business opportunities and manage daily orders.
  • Attend meetings with existing and potential clients, utilizing effective communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Negotiate deals and establish relationships with prospects to sell products and achieve monthly targets.
  • Prepare reports, including EOD Reports and Monthly reports, to track progress and performance.
  • Participate in the planning and development of sales targets and strategies to drive business growth.


Requirements:


  • 4+ years of relevant experience in the interior and furniture industries.
  • Graduation or post-graduation degree.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
