About the Role:


We are seeking a Senior Business Development Professional to join our team at Allianz. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on business development activities


Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
