Relationship Manager Position

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with our partners to achieve consistent lead generation and disbursal targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term connections with assigned partners to drive business growth.
  • Regular Meetings and Support: Organize regular partner visits, training sessions, and support activities to update them on new product features, documentation guidelines, and process changes.
  • Lead Generation and Disbursals: Meet monthly targets for logins and disbursements by coordinating closely with partners and connectors.
  • Support and Escalation: Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing queries and escalating concerns to ensure smooth lead flow.
Business Growth Objectives
  • Monthly Targets: Achieve monthly targets for login and disbursement volumes by actively working with partners and connectors.
  • Lead-to-Disbursement Pipeline: Monitor the lead-to-disbursement pipeline, follow up on leads, and optimize conversion ratios with minimal rejections.
  • MIS Reporting: Utilize daily MIS reports (sourcing, login, disbursement, rejection, TAT, and target vs. achievement) to track and enhance partner performance.
  • Timely Disbursals: Push for timely disbursals post-loan offer approval and resolve discrepant cases to minimize delays.
Process Efficiency and Compliance
  • KYC Compliance: Ensure compliance with KYC, income documentation, and internal credit policy guidelines.
  • File Processing: Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Disbursement teams to facilitate faster file processing and smooth case closures.
  • Turnaround Times: Monitor turnaround times (TATs) from lead login to disbursement, ensuring adherence to standards.
Reporting and Coordination
  • Daily MIS Reports: Maintain and update daily MIS reports for lead status, login, disbursement, rejections, and target vs. achievement metrics.
  • Feedback and Escalations: Share feedback and escalations from partners with the Regional Manager and internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Performance Data: Work with the MIS and backend support teams to ensure accurate performance data and seamless execution of partner cases.
  • Tech Issues: Escalate tech or Application login issues to the Regional Manager and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with partners and connectors.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Local market knowledge of Pune and surrounding areas to support partner operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/LMS platforms for sales tracking and reporting (preferred).
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is preferred.
