Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors across assigned channels, driving continuous and sustained subscription to our funds, and achieving set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Business: Contribute to sustained growth in sales through initiatives targeted at long-term development of distributor relationships and deepen markets for the organization.
- Achieve defined sales targets through a steady sales effort by establishing annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so targets are met.
- Maintain call reports and implement the sales process of the organization.
- Build positive relationships with channel partners: Strengthen working relationships with current channel partners and distributors to entrench the Invesco brand and grow sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, presentation skills.
- Strong grasp of investment concepts and products in the asset management industry, including a very good understanding of equity and fixed income markets.
- Effective knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Certifications: NISM Series V - Mutual Funds Distributor Module certified, NISM PMS XXIA module certification desired.
