Executive Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic partnership executive to drive the growth and success of our partner ecosystem. This key leadership role involves building and managing high-impact partnerships that fuel joint go-to-market initiatives, foster innovation through co-creation, and align with overall business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- To build, scale, and nurture a robust partner ecosystem aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- To collaborate closely with partners to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive mutual growth and market expansion.
- To manage partner performance via structured engagement frameworks, regular business reviews, and continuous relationship-building efforts.
- To ensure all partnerships adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards and proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with partnership activities.
- To lead co-creation initiatives with partners to develop innovative solutions and differentiated value propositions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in alliance or partnership management, strategic business development, or related roles.
- A deep understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ecosystem dynamics, and partner engagement models.
Languages & Tools:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to influence and motivate partners to achieve common goals.
