Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Executive

About the Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a strategic partnerships professional to drive business growth through government-aligned initiatives in education and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain key relationships with corporate donors, foundations, and multilateral agencies aligned with government programs.
  • Develop and execute a database of corporate partners, focusing on CSR opportunities for STEM Learning's projects.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals for corporate engagement, aligning with government schemes and policies.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with government officials, education departments, and district-level authorities to foster collaboration.
  • Monitor CSR portals and government announcements for new funding and partnership opportunities.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with government stakeholders, corporates, and industry bodies across various regions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with both government and corporate stakeholders to ensure sustained collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent field, with experience in B2B sales and managing client relationships.
  • Background in CRM applications and familiarity with institutional sales is highly desirable.

Key Skills:

  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills, with a strong background in fundraising and CSR.
  • Knowledge of public-private partnerships and ability to interact with government departments effectively.
