Partnerships Manager

This is a senior leadership role that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to drive strategic partnerships, manage complex relationships, and grow revenue.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in partnerships, account management, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Partnership Development:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with media owners, publishers, and supply-side partners globally.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing solutions to optimize yield and maximize monetization opportunities.
Account Management and Growth:
  • Manage day-to-day interactions, resolving partner concerns with agility and professionalism.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple supply channels.
Revenue Optimization:
  • Develop strategies to increase publisher performance through continuous training, support, and analytics.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to ensure achievement of business goals.
Programmatic and Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
  • Leverage market insights to provide consultative guidance to partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations to deliver customized partner solutions.
  • Provide partner feedback to internal teams to influence product development and innovation.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance and strategy updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in partnerships, account management, media sales, or related domains.
  3. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision-making.
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  5. Experience working in fast-growing startups or familiarity with the programmatic advertising industry is preferred.
