Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director at IIMS Pune. The Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for academic and administrative activities. Key tasks include developing and implementing educational programs, managing faculty and staff, overseeing student admissions and placements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering industry partnerships. The Director will also focus on continuous improvement of the institute's curricula and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management experience in the education sector
  • Strong understanding of academic administration and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
  • Ability to cultivate industry partnerships and academic collaborations
  • Experience in curriculum development and faculty management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Doctorate in Management ,Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in handling NBA, SAQS, AACSB accreditation.
